Born in 1914, Frank Moreno produced glazed pots and planters in Southern California from 1950's Thru 1970's. Most pieces were done in drip glaze in natural shades and this pot is no exception. The colors are cream, brown, and white. Moreno made each piece individually and fired in his own kiln. Hand marked with a later insignia "Moreno Ceramics", this particular item was most likely produced late 1960-early 1970. Outside some interior crazing, this planter is in excellent condition, with no exterior defects to mention.
